Designed as part of a training package developed for their remote Diversity and Inclusion Week in 2020, it was modelled after the real studio. Having the experience occur in a familiar environment helps create more realistic and natural experiences.

Devin is excited as he has just secured a new role in the Ad Sales team. He is about to be welcomed to the team by team Leader David.

David is a Leader in the Ad Sales division of ViacomCBS.
David is tasked with welcoming the new Account Executive Devin to the team. David is really excited to have Devin join the team. It is also his job to make Devin feel welcome, so the team can get to know him better and help him settle in.
In the third and final experience in Unpacking Bias, you step into the shoes of David to practice behavior focused on inclusiveness and bystander intervention.

Sarah is the narrator for the Unpacking Bias experience series. She guides you through your experiences, learnings and the technology itself. She only appears to the user of the experience, and is not a character in the meetings themselves.

Anna is a Production Manager. Anna works on the Production Lot or in the Studios. She helps with the visits to the studios. She appears in App 2 and 3
